Amadeus offers tasteful, spacious and comfortable owner-managed apartments.
Our two-bedroom apartments feel much more like home than a standard student accommodation. They are designed and managed to be your home away from home.
A less than two-minute walk from the St. George’s University (SGU) campus, the close proximity allows you to easily remain a part of the vibrant SGU community, while maintaining independence in comfortable and secure SGU-Approved accommodation.

Security and Fire Safety
Security is high on our list of priorities at Amadeus. We have security cameras in the corridors and around the building and security bars on the ground floor windows, which can be unlocked from the inside in the event of an emergency. The main entrance doors to the building are protected by keyless entry. Each apartment has functional fire alarms as well as metal doors equipped with secure locks and peephole viewers.
Internet and Wi-Fi
We offer high-speed fibre broadband and Wi-Fi access points as standard in all apartments. Wi-Fi is also available outside the building in the communal areas.
